HECM Alert is Texas A&M University Higher Education Center at McAllen's emergency notification system that gives the university the ability to communicate health and safety information in an emergency. Texas A&M will use the system only to provide official notification of critical emergencies.

Yes! The Scholarships & Financial Aid office is located in the first floor suite, 123.6. The Office of Financial Aid is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Students may email hecm-financialaid@tamu.edu for assistance. Students typically get a response same day.
We do not offer any on-campus housing.
